Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (sliced thin)
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 2–3 liters cold water
- 1/2 lemon (optional, sliced)
- Ice cubes (as needed)

- 1 tsp grated ginger (fat-loss style flavor boost)
- Few basil leaves
- Pinch of salt (electrolyte version)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Wash cucumber and mint thoroughly. Slice cucumber thinly so it releases flavor into the water.
Step 2: Fill Bottles / Jar
Add cucumber slices and fresh mint into a large jug or bottle (like in the image). Add lemon slices if using.
Step 3: Add Water
Pour cold water over the ingredients until the container is full.
Step 4: Infuse
Close the bottle and refrigerate for 2–6 hours. For best taste, leave overnight so the cucumber and mint fully infuse.
Step 5: Serve
Serve chilled with ice cubes. Refill the bottle 1–2 times using the same ingredients.
