🧾 Ingredients (makes ~10–12 clusters)
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt (thick, full-fat or 2%)
- ¾ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
🍫 Optional chocolate shell
- 150g dark chocolate (70% or higher)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (for smooth melting)
🍨 Instructions
1. Prepare the yogurt base
In a mixing bowl, combine:
- Greek yogurt
- honey (if using)
- vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Add blueberries
Gently fold in blueberries so they don’t get crushed too much (you want some whole bursts).
3. Form clusters
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Use a spoon to drop heaped spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray, shaping them into small “mounds” or clusters.
4. Freeze
Place in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely solid.
5. Optional chocolate coating (viral upgrade)
If you want the “frozen truffle” version:
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil
- Dip each frozen cluster halfway or fully
- Place back on tray
- Freeze for another 10–15 minutes until set
❄️ Storage
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer
- Lasts ~1–2 weeks
- Best texture within the first few days
