Ingredients
For the Buffalo Chicken
- 400g cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 tbsp buffalo hot sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Herbed Slaw
- 2 cups shredded cabbage mix
- ยฝ cup cucumber, finely diced
- ยผ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ยผ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ยฝ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Serving
- 4 small flatbreads or tortillas
Instructions
1. Prepare the Buffalo Chicken
In a bowl, combine buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the shredded chicken and toss until evenly coated.
2. Make the Slaw
In a separate bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the cabbage, cucumber, parsley, and cilantro.
Mix until everything is well coated.
3. Warm the Flatbreads
Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat.
