Ingredients

- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ยฝ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large egg

Instructions
1. Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).

Steam or boil the cauliflower florets for 5โ7 minutes until just tender.
Drain thoroughly and pat dry.

Blend until completely smooth.
