Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). -
Layer the bowl
In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, add the chicken first, then layer in the bell peppers and mushrooms. Spoon the marinara sauce evenly over the top. -
Add cheese & seasoning
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and chili flakes. -
Top it off
Add turkey pepperoni on top if using. -
Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. -
Finish & serve
Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy hot.
