  • ¼ cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Veggies & Toppings

  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 5–6 turkey pepperoni slices (optional)

Seasonings

  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Chili flakes, to taste

For Garnish (Optional)

  • Fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the bowl
    In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, add the chicken first, then layer in the bell peppers and mushrooms. Spoon the marinara sauce evenly over the top.
  3. Add cheese & seasoning
    Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
  4. Top it off
    Add turkey pepperoni on top if using.
  5. Bake
    Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  6. Finish & serve
    Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy hot.
