Ingredients
For the chaffles
2 eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon keto sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
For the filling & topping
1/2 cup whipped heavy cream (or whipped cream)
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter (melted)
Optional: crushed nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker.
In a bowl, mix eggs, mozzarella, cream cheese, almond flour, keto sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour some batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden and slightly crispy. Repeat to make 2 to 3 chaffles.
Stack the chaffles with whipped cream in between layers like a sandwich. Drizzle melted chocolate sauce and peanut butter over the top. Sprinkle nuts or chocolate chips if you want.
