For the Cream Layer
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Optional Crust
- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies or graham crackers
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust (Optional)
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a glass dish or pie pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the Cream Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix until fully combined.
Step 3: Whip the Cream
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Mix carefully to keep it light and fluffy.
Step 4: Assemble
- Spread the cream filling evenly over the crust (or directly into the dish if skipping crust).
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for 1โ2 hours until slightly firm.
Step 5: Make the Chocolate Ganache
- Heat ยฝ cup heavy cream until hot but not boiling.
- Pour over chocolate chips.
- Let sit for 1 minute.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Add butter if desired.
Step 6: Finish & Chill
- Pour ganache over the cream layer.
- Spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
