⭐ Ingredients

Peanut Butter Mixture

  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2½–3 cups powdered sugar (adjust for firmness)

Chocolate Coating

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (for smooth melting)

🥣 Instructions

  1. Mix the filling
    In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
    Gradually add powdered sugar until the mixture is thick and rollable.
  2. Shape the balls
    Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate
    Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip & set
    Dip chilled peanut butter balls into melted chocolate.
    Return to tray and chill until chocolate is set.
