⭐ Ingredients
Peanut Butter Mixture
- 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½–3 cups powdered sugar (adjust for firmness)
Chocolate Coating
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (for smooth melting)
🥣 Instructions

Mix the filling
In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually add powdered sugar until the mixture is thick and rollable. -
Shape the balls
Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate 30 minutes. -
Melt the chocolate
Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. -
Dip & set
Dip chilled peanut butter balls into melted chocolate.
Return to tray and chill until chocolate is set.
