2 cups freshly boiled filtered water

1 tsp dried rosemary
2 cups freshly boiled filtered water
How to Make Rosemary Tea
Step 1: Prepare Rosemary
- Rinse fresh rosemary if using
- No need to remove leaves from the stem
Step 2: Add Hot Water
Place rosemary into a teapot, mason jar, or cup.
Pour boiled water over it.
Step 3: Steep
Cover and steep for 3โ5 minutes.
(Do not over-steep or it may become bitter)
Step 4: Strain & Serve
