Ingredients List
- 2 packages miniature marshmallows (about 10 oz each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 packages white chocolate chips (about 12 oz each)
- 1 ยฝ cups red and green gumdrops, chopped into small pieces
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pan
Line a 9ร13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3: Mix in Marshmallows
Add the miniature marshmallows to the melted white chocolate mixture. Stir gently to coat the marshmallows evenly with the melted chocolate and butter.
Step 4: Add the Gumdrops
Fold in the chopped red and green gumdrops. Make sure the gumdrops are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 5: Press Into the Pan
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press it down evenly using a spatula or your hands to compact the mixture into a solid layer.
Step 6: Chill and Set
Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to allow the bars to firm up.
Step 7: Slice & Serve
Once chilled and set, remove the nougat bars from the pan and cut them into squares. Serve and enjoy!
