This is a high-protein, sugar-free flavored water inspired by the viral blue raspberry & watermelon “clear protein water” jugs.
Ingredients (1 Gallon / 3.78L)
Base:
- 1 gallon (3.78L) cold water
- 4 scoops clear whey isolate (unflavored or lightly flavored)
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free Jolly Rancher drink mix (or crystal light / similar zero sugar flavor powder)
Flavor options:
- Blue Raspberry flavor mix (for blue bottle)
- Watermelon flavor mix (for red/pink version)
Optional:
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- 1–2 tbsp erythritol or stevia (if you want sweeter taste)
- Pinch of citric acid (for stronger “candy” sour taste)
- Electrolyte powder (for hydration boost)
Instructions

Chill the water first
Use very cold water for best clarity and taste. -
Mix protein powder
In a small bowl, add 2–3 cups of water and dissolve the clear whey isolate completely first (this prevents clumps). -
Add flavoring
Stir in the sugar-free Jolly Rancher drink mix (blue raspberry or watermelon). -
Combine in gallon bottle
Pour everything into a 1-gallon jug. -
Fill and shake
Add remaining water, close lid tightly, and shake well for 30–60 seconds. -
Let it settle
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours so foam disappears and flavor fully blends.
Serving
- Pour over ice for best “refreshing soda-like” taste
- Shake lightly before each serving
- Best consumed within 24–48 hours for freshness
