Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4–5 cloves
- 1 tea bag (black tea) (optional)
- 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 small slice ginger (optional, for extra warmth)
Instructions
Boil the base
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add spices
Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and ginger (if using). Let it simmer for 8–10 minutes so the flavors infuse properly.
Add tea (optional)
If using a tea bag, add it in the last 1–2 minutes and let it steep.
Strain & serve
Strain into cups. Add honey if desired.
